Denise is a god send!! I recently moved to Durham from Salt Lake City, UT and originally had a different place. Come to find out that place was a hot mess and I needed a new place ASAP. I found Avana on Board, and worked with Denise. She listened to my wants and needs and found me an apartment the same day and got my move in date the following day. I currently live here and we have been experiencing no AC since March. It is now July. We have been extremely uncomfortable and it’s going to reach 100 degrees this week and we also have a dog. This complex doesn’t seem to care about that at all considering we have put in multiple service requests. More than 10! And we are still not taken seriously. This is absolutely unacceptable. Staying in this neighborhood I never have a problem with my neighbors, loud noises or anything. Everyone is welcoming, kind, and sick to themselves unless they know each other.
