One of the great places to live especially kids. A homely environment indeed with everything needed daily nearby.
We moved to Avana last month and we are really pleased with the Management team. We had a few issues when we first moved in but we truly appreciate how they quickly handled the situation. I have lived at this location for almost two years. It’s wonderful online, but the reality is much different. Frequently the “amenities” are not working, unavailable, or closed. Apart from Ty and Armando, who work on the property, management and office staff do not care about the tenants. Most of the time the office is closed during open hours and it is very difficult to get in contact with staff. Again, this excludes Ty and Armando. I actively avoid all other employees. This is going to be my second year of living with the Avanna on abroad complex. Overall it has been a complete joy and super peaceful to live in this complex. The office staff and maintenance staff are really great! Super friendly and are always on top of their work. If you’re interested in living here, I recommend you give this complex a chance.
