I applied to these apartments back in August, I have been contacting the office ever since due to never receiving my deposit back. The only information I’ve been giving from speaking with the leasing office is that they cut checks on Thursday’s, but manyyyy Thursday’s have passed since and I still have not received my $300 deposit. The place is beautiful, but the leasing agent is incredibly unprofessional. They do not answer phone calls or respond to emails, and they fail to communicate which units are available. Additionally, the information on their website and the prices change frequently, making it seem like something suspicious is going on. What kind of leasing agent doesn’t answer phone calls or respond to emails within three business days? Do they expect people to come in and talk to them every time?
