First off the report seemed nicely laid out with photos but the problem is first the inspector mistook laminate counter tops for granite. He failed to inspect the heat pumps and the heat did not work. But most of all he failed to identify the notorious ATLAS CHALET roof which I now have to pay for and that is a full strip and replace as you can't put a 2nd course over this roof. I see people giving good reviews of this company but thats based on the things that were found not on the things that were missed.

On 9/03/2016, Mr. ******* emailed our office requesting our attention to 2 items he felt were missed during the inspection. They were: 1. Water damage just outside the shower on both sides. 2.The right side garage door opener not working. On 9/19/2016, Mr. ******* completed the Request for Report Review document we sent him. Purchasing a house from out of state and needed a good home inspection team to help with the inspection. I couldn't recommend this company any more highly. Scheduling of service was quick and efficient and worked around my schedule (for when I was available and in town). The inspector was great, arrived on time, and provided a lot of insight about the property itself.
