I had a wonderfully relaxing massage with Neesa at this gorgeous clinic! Neesa was knowledgeable and thorough with her assessment and I left having more range of motion in my neck and my low back was less tight. Would book in with her again!

Highly highly recommend Discovery and it's skilled practitioners! I've seen Stephanie over several years as a RMT, and I am always blown away by her ability to hold space for what I'm experiencing, as well as provide a thorough and helpful treatment. I've also seen Haley and would highly recommend her as well for RMT. Both practitioners are skilled and provide such a lovely space to enjoy your massage. The space is beautiful, parking is super accessible, and the people are top notch! Thank you for your amazing offerings!
I had the privilege of receiving craniosacral therapy from Stephanie for several sessions, and every experience was incredibly healing. Her presence is calm, respectful, and deeply intuitive. I always felt safe, seen, and supported in her care Although, I moved out of the island, I highly recommend her to anyone seeking deep, nervous system-centered healing.
