Every time I receive acupuncture and cupping from Brayln I feel incredible for days after. I have nagging tension in my neck and shoulders from working too many hours at a desk, and I am very busy in my mind. She creates such a relaxing and welcoming vibe and my mental chatter dissolves quickly during the sessions as I drop in to deep relaxation. She asks great questions and gets to the root of what I need quickly, and always delivers. I can't wait for the next session.

Recently had the most incredible massage with Steph. I completely melted into the table. We focused on releasing tension in my glutes, and the addition of hot stones was absolute heaven. I left feeling lighter, looser, and so relaxed. Highly recommend Steph and her amazing energy!
