Its a great family fun oriented place, nice landscape and sites, good area to get away on your day off with special events, and arts sculptures to enjoy as well:-)♥

My family and i live on the south side. The abundance of pokestops in such a small footprint made it worthwhile to make a trip downtown. On more than one occasion. Guess not anymore since they have nothing special and I can just take the kids to El Franco Lee seeing as they have 5 separate huge playgrounds anyway to pair with their trail. It was just nice while it lasted. FYI I think the better option would've been to contact Niantic about possibly at least making the pokestops time sensitive to dissappear after X time of da... read more

LOVED the Super Bowl NFL Experience at Discovery Green and George R Brown Convention Center! So well planned and thought out! Wish we could host it more often!
Discovery Green is an excellent park and a fun place to walk around. I've been to it many times and have enjoyed it each time. I was there this weekend for the kick off of Super Bowl LI. They have done an amazing job! It is excellently organized and there are plenty of police officers and undercover agents. Please take your own water otherwise you'll pay $4. Eat before going, the food trucks are not Houston's best by any means and they are highly priced too.
Discovery Green is everything that you would love to see . The NFL experience is on of the best I've seen. There is just to much stuff to do there. I would recommend it.
