So far so good. Five months in and they seem very responsive to the couple of service requests I’ve submitted. Only thing I’m waiting for is the finishing touches on a stucco/paint job. TBD.
Horrible buying experience. Very unprofessional. Misrepresentation, lack of communication and knowledge. Edited to add 6 months past close of escrow and there’s a plumbing leak from the second floor leaving a huge puddle on the floor in the garage. Contacted them Friday, was told they would be out monday, took off work, they’re not coming until Tuesday to do an “assessment” and then will probably need a 3rd day off… Buyers beware.
