I never leave negative reviews but I feel like if you have children you should know my experience. Shorted to be within the 4000 characters limit, missing tons of details. We have lived here for about a year & a half I have received 2 "violations" during this time. Only one star because i have to put a star. That same night we toured we get approved for the apartment, so admin fee app fee and deposit paid. Welcome letter recieved. Filled out and responded to. THE DAY BEFORE moving day. I'm trying to understand why we still haven't gotten word back. He looks online and it says application cancelled. We tried calling, literally no one answered the phones for two hours as we're packing up the last of our stuff.
