I've lived here for about 6 months. It is a nice neighborhood with great amenities. Some of the neighbors are friendly and the area is slightly well maintained. HOA is high and people leave their dogs mess on the lawns which is a shame however, these home are well priced for Temecula for all that comes with it.
My experience with Todd Waterson from CLM Mortgage was disappointing due to a bait and switch with their rate quotes. Initially, I was quoted, but when I proceeded with the application, the rate suddenly changed to a higher rate with no clear explanation. This significantly impacted my financial planning. Plus there rates are higher than everyone else I found shopping. Horrible company!!! Stay away
