RecommendedIt’s a beautiful property and location is very convenient.
Don’t rent from this company. I signed a short term lease of 3 months. Now that my lease is almost over Discovery wants me to pay extra rent beyond my lease period because I didn’t give a 60 day notice on a 90 day lease.
I loved it under the management that was there when we first signed our lease. The day we moved out was the same day someone was held up at gun point and car was stolen. Also, have been working to get our deposit check back and still have yet to receive $1k+ back. I've called multiple times, the guys working on staff are not competent and can't do anything without their manager. Don't rent here it isn't worth it. There were always cars getting broken into and for the price you can do better somewhere else.
Nice place to live. Quiet. Residents are nice. Staff is helpful and friendly. Amenities are great and location is perfect. Would recommend to friends.
