Worset serivce one of thperay verbally abusive my kids. All they do sit on phone and want to watch tv. Never behavior plan in home . Lazy lazy staff don't want to work. Bcba was worset made child go backwards more behavior. Staff always calling out or show up late.i heard every excuse.

This place deserves ZERO stars! After completing paperwork and insurance being verified I was told that there was no ABA therapist available at the time, but that they could start services in September. Now that September has finally come, months after my son was on the waiting list Discovery ABA sent me an email informing me that they can no longer provide services to my son due to insurance technicalities. If I could give zero stars I would , first they fired a black therapist bc they heard she was babysitting outside of hours and then was told we found a better therapist come to find out the white therapist was so bad feet on my couch , didn’t even pay son any mind , I called a month ago and was told I would get a call back and didn’t , I called this morning and told same thing which was 9 and it is 1:11 when I say this is the worst aba therapy I have ever saw , I wouldn’t recommend this service to no family , when I say havi... read more
