Having completed a comprehensive intake packet, driven 4 hours round trip and paid for an 80 minute first session, I was extremely disappointed. Having arrived at the session we were advised that they "didn't have time to review the intake packets", which should have given a wide glimpse of a disconnected marriage where both parties stated they were looking for immediate and long-term help, and at least one party was specifically looking to avoid divorce.
