I was referred to Mel via a friend of mine after suffering from chronic stress and adrenal fatigue. I did not realise I was under so much stress until I left my job and had even less energy then when I was working. Mel has been able to get me feeling on top of the world again. My energy has improved, my sleep has improved and I feel I can drop weight much easier now my cortisol is balanced and adrenal fatigue is under control. Thank you Mel!

I saw Mel to help with severe fatigue and sleep issues. None of the recommendations that my GP had worked so I decided to take a holistic approach and I can’t believe how much it has helped. I used to be a shell of myself because I wasn’t getting any sleep and it affected every area of my life. Mel ordered bloods for me which actually helped me get to the root cause of my sleeping issues. I now sleep like a baby! I can’t recommend how lovely and caring Mel is enough!

I have been working with Melissa to help regulate my blood sugar levels and improve my cholesterol. Mel is lovely, I reached out to her as I was having some pain trouble and I was also wanting to explore some natural products for my daughter with autism and adhd. Safe to say we are very happy with the results and my daughter is nearly off her prescribed medication. I am sleeping allot better and Mel has been so helpful with the ordering process and delivery. 10/10 recommend

I was referred to Melissa by a friend after countless failed attempts at getting to the root cause of my gut problems. Melissa was able to refer me for some very comprehensive testing which gave us clear answers as to why I was feeling the way I was, we commenced treatment and within weeks I started to feel better!
