I haven't worked with many recruiters but this by far has been one of the worst that I've ever worked with. Allison has been horrible. She portrays to be this sweet woman, but then gets you in a job position and bullies you in it. I received a position at Safeway insurance company to work from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.. I have had the pleasure of working with the team at Discover Staffing. They take time to get to know their clients to deliver the highest level of service. They definitely understand the meaning of a strong client relationship and making a difference so they can best serve their client's needs.
They will send you on jobs that are not suitable for your experience. I will call with concerns / complaints about my position and they will just blow me off! When I decided to leave the assignment then they gave me much attitude especially Allison. This happened to me twice using this agency. Never again
I had a disappointing experience with Lynn. She was condescending and laughed when I struggled to remember a name, which felt very disrespectful. After months of being promised job placement assistance, I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. It's disheartening when you seek help and don’t receive the respect you deserve. Terrible staffing unprofessional lazy people that work here will call you multiple times act like they have a job ready for you just to not even reach back out if the company wanted to hire or not
