Signed a contract on house… paid over $500 for a home inspection. And the realtors that I was working with failed to mention the home was being “sold as is” and this is information they had as it was posted on the MLS by the listing agent. They NEVER disclosed this information, even tho they knew the sell would be contingent on the inspection.
