I own a investment property next door to one managed by discover and have one word DISGRACEFUL! Despite my tenants making multiple complaints about the way the property was being treated, the excess uncared for animals and just trashy tenants, nothing was done. My tenants were told the real estate didn't "know who to believe" . I wouldn't believe this much filth could accumulate in 3 months between inspections, not to mention the trashed and dead gardens.
