Have requested multiple times for my aircon to be replaced since early December and still not even a single update
I am a tenant for this real estate and happily renewed with them this year. I had a house approved to me beforehand abd paid the rent and bond ready to move in. Unfortunately the tenant at the time was refusing to leave and I wasnt able to move. If you have to buy a property & the Gracemere office has it listed. Make sure you get your solicitor to check it out first. Matt there has no idea on what he is selling. Tried to buy a house with him as agent he had not done the checks. There is a major boundary issue with the property that he says he didn’t know about. It was an issue that he could & should have known about when the property was first listed. And it would not have cost anything to find out.
