I am a tenant for this real estate and happily renewed with them this year. I had a house approved to me beforehand abd paid the rent and bond ready to move in. Unfortunately the tenant at the time was refusing to leave and I wasnt able to move. If you have to buy a property & the Gracemere office has it listed. Make sure you get your solicitor to check it out first. Matt there has no idea on what he is selling. Tried to buy a house with him as agent he had not done the checks. There is a major boundary issue with the property that he says he didn’t know about. It was an issue that he could & should have known about when the property was first listed. And it would not have cost anything to find out. Highly recommend Discover Real Estate. The rental ladies are so lovely. I have owned my house with them for 8 years now and they have always been so helpful with answering any questions I have. My property is in the best hands.
Would not recommend buying anything from the agent servicing Mount Morgan. They provided an inflated CMA on the investment property we bought, this was confirmed by 2 other agencies that service the area. The agent would not respond to basic information and after we bought the property the agent was rude and abrupt, unprofessional and then refused to respond to anything at all.
