I recently stayed at this accommodation and was deeply disappointed with the conditions. The room was unclean and in poor shape, with an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was overrun with mold, and the bedding was visibly dirty, including the mattress and pillows. Additionally, there were cockroaches present, which was quite distressing. Please don’t stay at this accommodation if you value your health and value cleanliness. The room was disgusting. It had mould in the bathroom, dust and human hairs all around the skirting boards, dirty/damaged walls and blood stains on a pillowcase. It also had a terrible stench. The location was also not ideal as I felt unsafe. If I knew it was in Kings Cross I definitely wouldn’t have booked it. Worst accommodations ever!!! False advertising ! Pic is much better than real life pic. We had very bad night sleep, room and bed was super tiny. The bed sinks in the middle which makes all 3 nights of stay a nightmare. We couldn’t sleep and had bad backache when woke up, and the wall was so thin that we could hear what our neighbours were doing. This was our home for two weeks in Sydney and it was really great. The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and ours had a shower inside, for almost the same amount of money that a shared room on a hostel was asking. They always answer the WhatsApp if you need something. The door unlocks with a code, so you can arrive whenever you want. They even sent me the picture of a letter that arrived in there after two months that I left. 10/10!!!
