Chilled relaxed atmosphere
If we could give these guys a 0 star rating it would still be too good for them. Their customer service is worse than dreadful and all they care about is making money by overcharging tourists for activities which can be booked much more cheaply by going direct to the actual supplier (I know because I have rung them)
