This visit was a checkup. Very pleased with techs professionalism. I think he did a very through job & relayed the information back to me & answered all my questions. I particularly like that he spent time here & not just a rush job. He answered all my questions & gave me tips on improving my heating/cooling unit. Somewhat disappointed problems have been due to previous installation, but have maintenance contract with them since install.
Cory was fantastic. Came out when it was 88° in the house and was patient, kind, and never pressured us into buying something we didn't need. Honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Can't recommend him enough!
