Alex did a great job with her service call today, she was very thorough and explained some of what she was doing while doing the work. I think she went over and above what was required by sealing up some of the air leaks around the furnace area where your guys had to do some sheet metal work to connect the new furnace as it was shorter than the previous one. I appreciated that very much. She also put up with my big nosy dog checking her out every 5 minutes.
Cory came out to our house when our furnace quit working, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and figured out the issue right away. Would highly recommend him!
Very professional and efficient!
Very dissatisfied with this company. We had them out in October to do a full service on our heating and cooling system for a home we just bought. At that time we signed up as members of the Lees Summit location and ended our membership in the Overland Park location that we used for years. After being told everything was working well we found the humidifier was not working when we started the furnace. They came back in December and had to install a new capacitor and water line.
