I appreciate the sales guy that worked with me and gave me everything I was looking for. As well as the 3 guys that came to install - they all deserve raises! In the heat and into the late hours they stayed until I had air conditioning again in my home! I would definitely recommend them to everyone that is looking around for someone that is reliable and communicates at an A+ level! OUTSTANDING WORK AND OVERALL AMAZING EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THEM! Dimitri was professional and insisted on making sure everything was in working order. Very good experience.
Travis was our service tech and he had the problem sorted within 5 mins of being at the property. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need which I appreciated . Overall great experience . Travis was very helpful and didn’t mind me asking questions.
He was on time, very polite, and knew what he was doing. I am very happy with the service.
