Excellent experience and well worth the time. Gemma was professional, pleasant and took the time to explain everything she was doing, the science behind it and the results. Learn a lot about how the brain and ears work and how to deal with my tinnitus.
This was my second experience with having a hearing test and hearing aids. Luc was fantastic! He was so patient, took his time to explain the testing, went through every step, and made sure I was comfortable and understood the process. Once I tried the hearing aids, he did adjustments and discussed the timeline to get to where I needed to be. I am very impressed, and will refer all my friends and family to him. I was looking for a place to get my ear checked out and my family doctor was no help. I had a plugged ear and discover hearing fixed it in about five minutes in our appointment. I was so relieved and extremely happy. Staff is lovely, would highly recommend anyone to go here for their hearing needs.
