They are fantastic. The staff is smiling and Eric Roberts is an amazing optometrist. He is the first practitioner that has ever explained exactly what was going on with my eyes. Took a load of worry off. He even suggested some vitamins and dietary things to help. So so impressed!!!!!!!
Jody Clarke is truly skilled optometrist and has strong empathy for her clients. She took the time in understanding my eye health and provided the appropriate lens solution for my needs. Jenn is a truly talented eye glasses specialist, she has an eye for design, after trying multiple eye glasses, we ended up with her first picks. For next time, I will just let Jenn pick up my glasses 😄. The staff went above and beyond to help me out of a pickle! From fixing my broken glasses to switching my original appointment for a full eye exam five days away so I could order my new reading glasses before the holidays, they deserve more than five stars Well done, everyone Thank you for your professionalism and genuine care.
I suffer from Dry eyes. Dr. Roberts and his team changed my life regarding this painful condition my quality of life is restored. Thank-you!
