I never thought I’d be able to buy a house, especially with only two months left on my lease. But Robert Butler made it happen in under a month. He was patient, supportive, and always honest. ****BEWARE**** I, hands down, do not recommend doing any business with this company. They lack a customer-centric approach, transparency, and communication. Their shifty and underhanded contractual practices are abhorrent. I was attempting to view a rental property. Robert recently helped my family and I relocate from Dallas to Austin. We came Out one afternoon and he showed us 9 properties without hesitation or complaint. He even threw in some local hot spots and trivia along the way! We don’t consider him Our Realtor but an extension of new family here in Austin. I would strongly recommend him!
