The lady behind the counter was very rude. I couldn’t hear the amount she said so she yelled it back when I asked and said it’s right up here on the screen facing her. Then when finished she said thank you and you’re welcome before I had a chance to even say thank you! It’s not hard to be polite. If I could I’d give zero stars.
Rude customer interface, tried to pay cash and the cashier wouldn't take my money
5/3/24- 3:40p- Cashier said she couldn’t check me out at her register because she only processed cash transactions, card transactions had to be self check out. (Ridiculous). I had a few items and my hands were full so I would have preferred help checking out. I don’t believe what she said, I think she didn’t want to do her job.
