WARNING!!! Do not do business with this company!!! I own a small design business and spent a small fortune on custom mugs for a wholesale client. $532 to be exact. I needed these mugs to have one full color design on one side and my logo small on the back and down low as these mugs are meant to be a gift item and not necessarily promoting my business. Do NOT do business with this company! WARNING to all potential customers - We are a small business and had DiscountMugs put our logo, or so we thought, onto their product. We selected full color logo, as that would be the only way we'd want/need them to appear, their preview and proof of the final product illustrated a full color logo, the invoice showed a full color logo, the delivery notice showed a full color logo. Don't use them! Paid for custom masks and they were crooked. They offered me 15% off for store credit and if they were to rerun them they would end up the same way. Run far away!!!!
