STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - Use 4IMPRINT or any other promotional company. I will try to summarize my issue, what's more important is the response from Discount Mugs. I ordered approximately 120 glasses with our non-profit logo and lettering to give away at our charity golf tournament. We handed out about 85-90 glasses. The company's refusal to help after we had spent up to $28,000 with their store is a disappointing outcome. We now have an order of what was supposed to be for 800 mugs with the wrong logo! Their resolve was to offer us a lousy $75 store credit and 108 free mugs. $28,000 WAS STILL POCKETED BY THIS COMPANY!! Let’s also not forget the time they have ran us around by refusing to answer our calls or giving us a runaround whenever you can get an actual person on the phone! You don't want to get ripped off! This company will take your money and run. We ordered promotional items worth $20,000 and shipping was a whopping 800 bucks. But they never sent us the goods - instead, we received someone else's order of mugs with Remax Real Estate®’s logo. When we contacted them about this problem, they either dodged our calls or gave us a runaround. In the end, they offered us a lousy $75 store credit and 108 free mugs. This is a cautionary statement about the consequences of trusting shoddy companies, and how they can wreak havoc on your business. Our company recently placed a $20k order for promotional mugs with this company because their prices appeared unbeatable! Avoid this company. My order was produced incorrectly - so I sent a note to them via their website, after one week no one had replied. Next I called them, and they refused to take any responsibility for any issues with the order. I asked to speak to a manager and the response was that "nobody is really around". Unbelievable that a company can have such horrible customer service. There's enough other vendors out there that do this type of work that you should take your business else where.

Use a local company to save yourself the head ache of dealing w these guys. Their communication is near nonexistent and as soon as Carlos took my credit card info wouldnt return voicemails or emails.

I ordered a bunch of water bottles from this company to sell in a fundraiser for my nonprofit arts organization. A couple weeks after distributing the bottles I got multiple complaints that the graphics were rubbing off and bottles were leaking. I attempted to contact customer service via their online chat, email and phone but was ignored. Finally a colleague got through but the "grace period" had passed; the company requested a photo of 5 bottles together showing a leak!!!
