I received my ink today and it is horrible. It just pours out. It is all over my hands. My computer desk, my floor. I was able to get it off my desk and floor for the most part (thank goodness) but my hands are stained. There is no way to install them. I tried to call them and it is a disconnected phone number. ETSY is NOT helping! I will NEVER order from ETSY or DISCOUNTINKLLC. This is horrible customer service. If I could give it NO STARS I would!!!
Ordered replacement ink--no directions and parts missing (according to what I saw on Utube). Two stars because I at least got the product.
A total scam!!! Their cartridges do not work. Their products are junk and do not work. I ordered cartridges and the printer does not recognize them and will not operate. My old almost empty cartridges still work when I put them back.
It took a while to get my order, but it was good pricing
