I didn't end up going with the products from Discount Windows... which I think is a great recommendation to their customer service! Shawn took the time to talk through my project with me, advise me on how to move forward, and empowered me to make the decision to go with a product from my local box store that better fit my budget. Selfless, caring and professional customer service all around!
This is our second project working with Discount Windows and doors. Very professional staff. Greg was very helpful. The scale of the project was somewhat bigger than usual as the windows were oversized. The Coeur D’Alene 3000 series is a good quality product. Danny and his team did a great job with the install.
I started searching for the best prices and reviews for Windows for our home, starting with 12 windows then completing the remainder in the Spring Not wanting to put up with all the pressure of sales people selling windows, I saw that my next-door neighbor, whom I have the utmost respect for, left a great review for this company. Im a Handyman and needed to do a small patch of siding replacement for one of my customers. Thats where DW&S came into play! I only needed 5 pieces of double dutchlap siding. Shawn was amazing. She helped me match the color, and she then typed up a quote for me to discuss with my client. I sent my client the info and he made the purchase with Shawn himself.
