Andrew and Discount Windows did a great job from start to finish. Andrew was upfront and honest! Very knowledgeable and informative answered all our questions and kept us informed of the process! They replaced 2 windows in our home. We are extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the installation. We felt like we received the best in both customer service and expertise. Andrew was extremely responsive and easy to work with on every level of the install. He answered my call late in the evening and answered my questions. I highly recommend Discount Windows for a quality and yet more affordable price than other companies that gave me qoutations. It has been a couple days now and observed that the temperature went up in our basement which we are looking forward to. Aside from that, since we had the original windows replaced. Our window now looks beautiful and clean both from inside and outside. They also left the work place pretty clean. I had a three panel window what was basically rotted and wouldnt open. Before i called Andrew i got a few quotes and some rejections because i only had the one window i needed done. Well Andrew came along and not only gave me the best quote but responded to my texts almost instantly. He came in with his crew and bam in almost no time i have a great new window.
