Debbie did an amazing job helping us pick out windows for our project. You have to be detail-oriented in this field and that is who she is. What's also great is when she points out some of the details (flaws) in manufacturing from one maker to another and understood certain details that we as customers wanted. Also, when we had design ideas, she was excited to show what was available and helped save us money when she could have easily sold us more expensive options. Edward helped me order custom retro fit sliding doors for a property in Manhattan Beach. We were pinched for time and Edward made the process so seamless and easy. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He even recommended a great and affordable installer. All around 10/10 experience. I’ve dealt with many window and door companies over the years and Edward has by far been the best.
Excellent experience. I had to track down a door to match my existing house (60+) year old home and they were able to find it. It was ordered and a week later the door was here. I picked up in the showroom and store was beautiful. Many windows and doors were on display so you can easily have a visual of what it would look like and operate in your home. Hard to find showrooms today. Check them out. It will be worth the visit.
I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service we had working with Edward Gallant! Not only did he get back to us in minutes he was so friendly and courteous. In this day and age it’s very difficult finding people who really go above and beyond for you Edward was this and more! If I could rate him 20 stars I would!!! Thank you He deserves employee of the year!!!
