I wouldn’t recommend the salon. I’ve had multiple bad experiences there, only because I wanted to give them a chance. But tonight, a beautician tried to make me pay for a mirror. I was in the chair with my hair done, she sat the mirror next to me and I accidentally knocked it over. She handled the situation in a very poor manner and gave extremely bad customer service after that.
Ms. Carmen was the best! She was patient and knowledgeable.

Angela did my traditional sew in. I explained that I have some medical issue hairloss and she said she could do the job. She braided my hair SO TIGHT that my scalp throbbed for 2 nights. When I had to take it down, some ends were braided into other braids that were so small and tight that a pro had to CUT the tips to get them out! And on top of that, she was incredibly rude. .i like to go here to get my lashes done because i save a few dollars but they never use the whole pack of lashes nor do they give you the ones that they dont use.. Their customer service isn't very pleasing most of them have attitudes and act like they don't want to be there unless you are someone they already know or if they know you are going to tip them..
