I oder two scrubs and they told me it would take two weeks but it took 2 months

If the item is backordered from the manufacturer I do apologize and hope you understand that we are unable to control that. However, I would hope that my staff let you know if the item was backordered. We take great pride in providing great customer service. I hope you will give me the opportunity to reslove your bad experience.
Do NOT shop here. I bought some Chef pants that i could not wear. Called the store about a return and the girl told me they didn't sell Chef pants. They do because thats where they were bought. I called the Tampa store to speak with a manager and was told the same thing. Really???? I BOUGHT THEM AT THIS STORE. I am out over $130 now. Do NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! Dishonest people.

We enter customers into our system to keep up with sale history and receipts. Sometimes employees do not enter customers into the system for multiple reasons. You stated someone else bought the pants and we could not find them in our system either. We've done all we can do. We understand your frustration and we're sorry that we can not help you further.

Finally a uniform/scrub place in the area that has the newest styles and great prices!!!! I absolutely love this place.. they have great merchandise but the five stars is definitely for the woman who helped me there named Carina. It was close to closing time (I'm that last minute customer who needs everything)... I'm sure she wanted to get home as would anyone after their shift, but she was very helpful in finding me the perfect scrubs. She turned a stressful situation into a good one.
