Came on time and did all the work promised at a great price
Job got done, but they only did the bare minimum and began putting their tools away, omitting several things they agreed to during the "sales" visit when he gave us the estimate. When we realized they were leaving the job partially unfinished, I went out and (politely) asked the owner why things were being left unfinished. The owner (who was all smiles during the sales visit) immediately got a bad attitude and made a few sarcastic remarks which made me regret giving him the job. Came to my home recommended from my neighbor. They trimmed the tree in the front of my home and came back when I called to trim the tree in the back yard. Did an excellent job and they are very well priced. I will need to get a hold of them soon to ask about trimming the tree in the back again. Talk to you soon.
