Bought a used Genie crank lift from Discount tools. Tried to use it twice both times didn't work correctly. Took the lift to a Genie lift service and repair that is local. Found out that it had multiple parts installed backwards/ incorrectly and not the correct parts to begin with. Called a few times over the time owning the lift they said their service guy would call me back never heard from them. $1300 in repairs after buying it from them.
