Big thumbs up for the company. One of my tires was leaking. They fixed it free of charge and rebalanced the tire. They were very knowledgeable and personable. Even though I came during lunch period, the waiting time was reasonable. I knew going in that I will need new tires soon. The technicians were not aggressively selling new tires, but pointed out the safety factors. I will buy new tires soon. And I'll go to Discount Tires to get them.
I've made multiple purchases over the year. They have always had competitive prices and great after sale service. I've even seem customers so happy that they hugged the staff in appreciation! I'll be back.
These guys are awesome! Had a flat tire and let my sales person know I was trading my car in soon. Instead of trying to sell me two new tires,che recommended two very good used tires for $50! Thanks, Steve!
We stopped in here after leaving childrens hospital tonight cause we Found a nail in our tire and was leaking air at a decent rate. Not only was Nathan extremely kind and helpful but he was compassionate as well. We were worried about exposing our medically fragile son to more germs and we just wanted to be home after being in the hospital for days, Nathan got us in and out of there as quickly as possible and was very helpful in purchasing a new tire without it being as stressful and difficult as it could have been.
