Work You Can Trust This place came highly recommended to me and I have been extremely happy with their service. We are a two car household and have been taking our cars there consistently for the last year: new tires, oil change, break replacement, 'noise' repairs, etc. They have always gone the conservative route of repairing only what is necessary and not adding on 'extras'. Don't go to this shop Never go to this shop. I was told by friends and and family around the st charles area that they do some decent work. So I thought i would try them out. First of all the i got attitude from the guy behind the counter. I looked passed that because it's hard not to be stressful these days. Which i should of walked out then. The team at Discount Tire & Service installed axles we brought in with lift kit parts and did the heavy lifting for my sons Jeep build. Adam and team coached him through the process and aired up and balanced a new set of wheels just before we left to hit the trails near Ouray, Co and Moab, UT. The Jeep did great on its first real test!
Our recent first experience with Discount Tire was truly excellent.... we saved a great deal of money because of their honest assessment of our maintenance needs. Our new local go-to for all of our vehicles!
