TRUE CUSTOMER CONCERN ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 5, 2012 I WENT INTO THE LOVELAND DISCOUNT TIRES ON HWY 34,THESE GUYS ARE SO VERY AWESOME!!!!!!! I ONLY HAD $10 IN MY POCKET AND WASDRIVING ON VERY UNSAFE TIRES. WITH THE GENEROSITY OF DISCOUNT TIRES ANDA WOMAN (THAT TO ME IS AN ANGEL) I LEFT THE STORE WITH 2 NEW TIRES AND $5 IN MY POCKET!!!! Not very happy. warranty issues, said i didnt buy warranty certificate Not very happy. warranty issues, said i didnt buy warranty certificate. at the time of the sale they said that it was included.

Exceptional Customer Service and Care!!! I had a issue with a different store - these guys made up for the lack of the other place!!! They offer price match and were very fast with service. Highly recommend Discount Tire - I will never do business with any one else, Discount Tire takes care of their customer's and go OUT of THEIR WAY to make things right!!! Thanks guys!!!

I Will Never Go Here Again Be careful if you are a woman coming in here alone. Please save yourself some money and headache. GET A SECOND OPINION. I would not trust this shop at all.

Terrible upselling these kids don't listen, always pushy, talking about other peoples carsand tires that they don't have a clue about, always overselling product and extras, stay away. No sense dealing with people who talk over their customers, psuh their tires on you, not a pleasant environment.

Great experience We shopped with Sears and Big O on line as well as with Discount tires. We researched several brands and multiple price ranges. Discount had the best price in every category. The service was superior, from the first phone call to the guys who installed our new Michelin tires. We up graded because of their rebate. We'll be back. P.S We Have done business with now for more than 25 years, including in the Denver and Kansas City with this company.

-2 star I bought 4 new tires 500 miles later 3 out 4 are no good. I had to fight with them to get this fixed. They need customer training classes
