came in without an appointment for 4 new tire was told it would be 2 hours because they were backed up. after waiting 2 hours my truck still hadn't been touched even though other customers without appointments were helped and left as I waited. took 3 hours and they left stickers on my tire that I now get to clean off. will never be back to this store

Awwww Man ..My Feelings Were Hurt... Came In To Get My Tires Rotated .. Brooks Told Me I Needed 4 New Tires $606.00 ..He Said They Were Sooo Bad That Couldn't Be Rotated ...Hubby Took Car To Another Tire Place ... The Guy Said Based On My Travel Activity... We Had About 4 Months Left On The Tires ..... Guess Where Were Going In 4 Months For Tires .... NOT Discount Tire...And We Have Been Dealing With Them For Years.. Trust Has Been Broken ..
