Discount tire once repaired a my friend's puncture for free. Since then thay have always had my business.
The Naperville store on route 59 is awesome place to fix your tires and purchase additional warranty for their road hazard. Jacob at that store is an excellent person to communicate with and find a quick fix to our car tire unrepairable issue. Very satisfied and happy with experience.
Really bad experience they trying to sell you insurance for your tires and if something happens they don’t cover it

Had a great experience with the team at Discount Tire today. Joshua helped me identify an issue with my tire sensors that was caused by a different mechanic. He was able to get my car fixed within 45 minutes and waved the labor fee. I was definitely upset that the other mechanic messed with my car but I’m happy Josh was able to make the experience fast and simple. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family as well as returning in the summer for new tires. Thanks Josh!
