When you spend $1,868.30 for New Tires and alignment adjust and your car veers to the right immediately when you take your hand off the steering wheel and you call and all they say is I'm sorry bring it in and will take care of it my only response it should of been done right the first time. It's worse after the alignment than before the alignment. I will be calling customer service for a refund for the so called alignment adjustment. Very Disappointed and frustrating.

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for years, good people to do business with and I have all my family members taking their cars to Discount Tires. Knowledge people and friendly.
Needed my tires roatated. Stop by the store and was advised it could be done within 45 minutes. Tires were raoated within 35 minutes.
Discount Tire has always been my go-to for all things tires. My most recent visit was just for a tire rotation. I booked an appointment on-line, truck was taken into the bay almost immediately, and was done before I could even get comfortable in the waiting area.
