I had to get 4 new tires for my RAV4 and I am pleasantly surprised with the service provided by discount tires. Being a woman I have found it hard to trust people in the car industry. Those fears were eliminated when I met Robert. He was patient, honest and genuinely wanted to help (which is hard to find nowadays). The guys a the Plainfield store are always friendly and helpful. I will always buy my tires here.
The new process for checking tire pressure is extremely inconvenient. No matter the time of day, the wait is far too long, making it no longer worthwhile. What used to be a strong selling point for buying tires here has now become a drawback.
The service done quick and very professional, the all employees are friendly and high level skills. Great job.
