Unless you’re buying $2k worth of tires they don’t pay attention to you. Waited 10 minutes at the Air Check cone for 4 different employees to look over at me and ignore me. When I called to schedule an appointment to fill air in one of the four expensive tires I purchased there I was told appointments aren’t available for air checks. I’ll be buying my tires elsewhere moving forward.
Great staff, price and service! James is the MAN! He got my flat fixed and tires to pressure in no time at all.
This is hands down the best discount tire I have ever been to. Their customer service skill are beyond exceptional. I have been here multiple times and I am met with kindness, patience, and fairness. I have never sat here longer than 45 minutes and I never leave feeling like I got taken advantage of. All of the workers have such positive attitudes and they have a great time doing their jobs.
