My wife brought our car in to get the tires balanced and the salesman immediately condemned the tires siting not enough tread and one of our rims was cracked. So I took it to Firestone and they balanced and inspected, said there was nothing wrong with the rims and more than enough tread. We run 2 sets of tires on all of our vehicles summer and winter. These tire have only seen one summer. So I would beware of them and don’t expect any kind of service unless you buy expensive tires.

The customer service at this place is horrible nobody took my name all they know me by is a phone number they couldn't tell me how long it was going to take to put tires on my rims they didn't call me at the end of the day they didn't call me the next day they haven't called me in 72 hours and I have already paid for the tires there's a reason why I don't come back to this place very often and it's because of this trash
