Gotta say that I love when a word and a handshake still mean something. Manager Greg Fairbanks honored a promise to take care of a banged up rim after installation of new rubber this winter. Impressed. You know I’ll be back.
Beware, they do not honor their warranties. They have been trained to blame almost every thing on your "alignment" etc. The are a scam! If you do use them don't waste your money on buying the warranty.
Wasn't too pleased with this location, took two cars in yesterday 11:30 am and they were too busy for us to wait without a vehicle. Was told they would call when car 1 was done, they closed at 5pm. At 4pm I called as hadn't heard anything and found out car 1 was completed. Took car 2 in to swap, didn't hear anything until 6pm that it was done. Poor customer service, poor communication and priced too high for bringing multiple cars.
