My husband and I have been customers for many years and the reason we keep going back is they operate with integrity and truly value their customers. Today we took our daughter's car in as the quote from a repair shop in Grand Rapids (where she lives) was $700 for a starter and battery. Long story short she didn't need the starter at all, they lied to her. Thank God for honest people like Luke who said it was just the battery saving us lots of money! We are so grateful!
I've been a regular customer since 2000. Today I had a problem with a battery that I bought from them last August. I was quickly reminded of why I'm a regular customer. Luke ran my car into the shop immediately and swapped the battery with a new one after he couldn't detect a problem with it. He knows that my car sits from 8-10 days without being ran while I work.
