RecommendedWe have always been treated great by the employees there. We got new tires and the process was great and then going back for rotations they have always treated us with top priority and are so kind and knowledgeable.
Took my husband’s car in to get snow tires put on today. We brought the snow tires we purchased last winter and they said it would be no problem and they would get it taken care of. When we came back 6 hours later, his car was parked in the exact same spot, but when he went in and asked they said it was finished and they had put the tires on. Went in for a tire rotation and a alignment and after a lengthy wait I was told I needed new rotors, calipers, and brakes on the front. They said my left inside pad was worn to the metal. (No brake noise or squealing happening) $750 quote. With the holidays around the corner this was not what I wanted to hear. I called a mechanical friend and long story short we replaced the pads because we had it taken apart but even that wasn’t necessary. I had a bad experience at Discount Tire today. My husbands' commuter car was due for annual safety inspection. He uses the car to travel for work, so it can be hard to coordinate when to get the car in. I knew I was getting to the end of the month and needed to get it registered. When I went to pick up the car, the safety inspection was a rejection. The reason cited was: "rear rotors fail for excessive wear, must be replaced along with rear pads".
