This guy has horrible customer service, I asked for a plug and he gave me a patch and tried to up charge me because one of the workers messed up the plug in my tire… like at least take accountability. When I confronted him, he was willing to put the tire that they damaged back on my car without repair. Keep in mind when I got there it was a slow leak. Leaving without repairing it would be almost impossible because they punctured the tire already to get the plug i originally asked for In. The OGs were way better. Been coming ... read more
If you go there try to avoid this man. He is so rude. I came to get my tire change due to a car accident that just happened. This guy start typing in his machine says it’s $50 I’m like slow down the tire not even on my car and you did not show me the tire, he Slammed his hand on the counter and walks away didn’t even say a word. I was the original owner (sweet guy) I complained to him about his staff. That not how you treat paying customers I explained to him what happened he apologized on his behalf(original owner)
