Needed a a worn tire rotated to back of vehicle until I could afford a new tire on Monday. They would not do it. So instead of helping customer make a vehicle safer they chose to do nothing. Well I have three vehicles and a trailer with tires from this shop and they have lost me as a customer. Found a better deal at Weld County Garage and getting new tires there on Monday. Thanks for helping me find a better deal.

We've been customers here for about 5 years. Pleased every single time. Yesterday we had not one, not two, but three nails in 2 tires. grrrrr. Jamey and Aaron fixed us up right away, politely and patiently explained stuff to un-mechanical me, and because we were under warranty, there was no charge. We were out in 45 minutes, tops, with a new tire and rotation. I recommend them whenever someone asks.
I was told i could get right in on the phone. Came right over. Waited 40 minutes. Still didnt have my car in. Explained to them when i called and came in that i had to pick up my son from preschool and needed it done by a certain time. On the phone and when i first came in they reassured me it would be done on time. 45 min later and it still isnt on the rack. I had a screw in my tire that was creating a slow leak. I was also very short on time. Aaron and his guys got me in and out super quick with amazing customer service. Thank you!
