They always pretty busy, as most of these Discount are. Average wait time at all the locations in DFW is 1-1 hour a half. Good service but the small tire shops can get you in and out shockingly fast.

Got 4 new tires, no pressure to upgrade.
First visit, great experience. Last visit, terrible experience. I has a nail in one of my tires, and they tried to sell me 3 new tires. Took a whole 2 hours out of my day. I will not be going back.
I'll never buy from any other,&I live far away. 35yrs ago they saved my butt by giving me the warranty after my father refused it. So always get warranty it covers all issues even if U R 2 blame.
Was totally ignored at the Research/Ohlen Road location. Just wanted some air.
Extremely friendly staff at all locations, in my experience. If you're in line before closing, they will stay until you're fixed up.

Love this place! People here are friendly (Carlos and Bryan), the place is clean, and I get stuff here for free that I used to over pay for at the dealer. They also have good deals.
