Really friendly.. They were really quick to help everyone. It didn't take long to get my tires on.
Very very slow. Omg so far an hour and a half to fix a tire. Was told 30-40 min.
Discount Tire and Isaac made my day today when I had a sharp object stuck in my tire that was slowly deflating. Just didn't have time for that today, drove into Discount Tire because it was an emergency and they fixed it for free in just 1 hour! Best service ever!!!!!!

Well they could not repair my tire that had a nail in it, and of corse they did not have one in stock that would work for the warranty, the soonest they can get me one is 4-6 days which sucks for me since I drive for a living too bad they won't ship it overnight to help get me back on the road unless I pay the shipping which I prolly would do if I wasn't paying for the tires and extended warranty still! Ugh
They are the best! I had purchased a set of Good Years just over a year ago that were 70,000 thousand mile tires and I got 24000 out of them and they were bald. They went above and beyond the Expectations to fix something that wasn't there fault they were the middle man in the tires and corrected the manufacturers by buying them back and putting a set of Michelins on. With out a fuss or anything of the sort.
