the only problem i have with this location is that they never have the tire & size in stock. can't really control that.
This is my second visit to a Discount Tire within a month. Grapevine D.T. is SO amazing - not only did they tell me I could have bought insurance on all of my tires during my last visit to a different store...Arlington... (which of course I purchased this time), but they KNEW how to turn off the indicator light for tire pressure, which Arlington did not figure out for 30 minutes. Much appreciated - excellent service!

the employees were swamped but were doing their best to ensure all people were felt as though they mattered. Would have been nicer if there would have been people.
Could not recommend this place more highly. Had a slow leak on my way to work. when i got there they opened the doors up 5 minutes early, fixed it for free in under 20 minutes. Enjoyed good coffee and a selection of car magazines while I was waiting. Discount tire does it the right way!
I had a flat tire down the road, and we were having trouble getting the tire off to place the spare on. One of the employees came out to us so we wouldn't have to get the car towed to the shop. Then when we got to the shop, they not only checked the flat tire but they also rotated and balanced my tires free of charge. When it turned out to not be fixable, we were shown the damage to the tire. After that, they offered certificates to cover all tires to make any other potential problems covered.
