great service for 5 years with 5 cars – We have found DT to have great service, knowledgeable people and competitive prices. 3 of our cars switch between snow tires (mounted on wheels) each winter at no charge which adds to their value over time.
You would imagine the largest tire retail company would be organized. Terrible experience. Strictly by the handbook and will not sway one way or the other. They do not stand behind theor products and always have the fine print benefit them and hurt the buyer. Shop around and compare stores. Because Discount tire is a major chain you're only a number.
