I had never used this store or Discount Tire before. I had a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak with a second slow leak in a second tire.. I had scheduled an appointment at 3:15 pm online late the previous night. (Which by the way went very smoothly). Besides fixing the leaking tire I had scheduled a tire balance and rotation.
