Walmart has better service than this place. I'm not talking tire quality, I'm talking about taking care of customers in a courteous, TIMELY manner. Had two tires changed ON the car Monday at walmart on Happy Valley.... 30 minutes. Had a tire put on a wheel ALREADY OFF THE CAR Wednesday at Discount: 2+ hours. Add to that their phony safety points and this place is just a hideous place to send your wife, daughter or mom.
We had a tire blow out on the 101 and pulled off at this exit. Not a convenient thing to have happen on a Friday morning headed to work, but they took great care of us and got us back on the road with two new tires in less than an hour. Thanks Omar!!!!

$100K Brand New Super Car (Z06 w/ Z07 PKG needed street tires and race tires taken off) Super happy with this store/shop and the store manager John P. is the man when it comes to backing up what they say they will do. As cars get harder and harder to put on tires, a new piece of equipment was needed to do my wheels and after a week they had it and was making good on all their promises. I've been a customer of Discount Tire ever since I moved to AZ back in 2005. I've been to a lot of locations here in the valley! I live in Surprise and have several locations near me. But I always seem to go to the Behrend and 59th Ave in Glendale. They always seem to take care of my trucks needs and I am very grateful! So Thank you John Pleet (manager) and staff members for providing great service!
