I came the day before I got my tire replaced to schedule an appointment because I couldn’t wait that day so I returned back to get my passenger rear tire replaced as there was a large piece of wood wedged inside. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time on my lunch break, I appreciate Jacob and asked if he could help and that I had an appointment scheduled for one tire replacement. Discount tire should just eliminate their wipers.Second pair in 3 months and they are trash.
I had traveled to Kannapolis from Burlington for work. When I arrived to my job I realized my tire pressure light was on. My tire was sitting on the rim. Luckily I had a device that inflated my tire and I went straight to Discount Tire which was the closest to me. I spoke with Sean prior to make sure they had a tire available! The customer service was beyond amazing! Everyone was so nice and professional!! I highly recommend!
